    Orders can be delayed due to a variety of reasons, including high order volume, printing or embroidery file issues, product stock shortages, shipping carrier delays, and order holds for various reasons. We provide estimated shipping times, but delays can occur outside of those estimates due to factors like customs processing or carrier issues.

    Average shipping time within the USA typically ranges from 1 to 8 business days. However, this can vary depending on the chosen shipping method and the specific destination within the United States.

    Customers can request to cancel an order by contacting us, but only if it hasn't been shipped yet. Also, once an order is "Being fulfilled" or "Fulfilled", it cannot be changed or canceled. If the order is canceled within the allowed timeframe, a full refund is typically provided.
     
    "Buyer's Remorse": We don't offer refunds for buyer's remorse (e.g., incorrect size, wrong item, wrong washing and care, or simply not wanting the item).
    Yes, orders can be modified, but the ability to do so depends on the order's status with our supplier or manufacturer, and the type of change requested. If the order is still being fulfilled, you can contact us and potentially change the product size, color, design, or even the shipping address and method. However, if the order has already been shipped, product changes are no longer available, though you may still be able to update the shipping address if the order is still in transit. 
     
    Other Considerations:
    • Extra Charges/Refunds: Modifying an order may result in extra charges or a partial refund depending on the changes. 
       
    • Estimated Fulfillment Time: Changes to the order may reset the estimated fulfillment time. 
       
    • Returns/Exchanges: We don't offer returns for customer preference changes (e.g., wrong size, changed mind)

    Customers receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once their order is shipped. Customers will be able to click on a link in the email to see a tracking page instead of a direct carrier link.
