What Shipping Methods Do You Offer?

At The AEGIS Alliance, we’ve partnered with a trustworthy U.S. based print on-demand manufacturer named Custom Cat that uses trusted carriers like USPS Ground Advantage, OSM, and UPS to provide flexible shipping choices tailored to your needs—ranging from budget-friendly economy delivery to speedy ground, two-day, overnight, and global options. Rates are calculated based on your order’s dimensions, weight, and delivery address, with shipments usually originating from a Detroit, Michigan facility.

Economy (Default Option)

For the best value, our economy service combines optimized carrier routes to keep things efficient and affordable. It’s ideal for non-urgent orders, with typical delivery in 2–6 business days across the contiguous U.S.

Note: Economy delivery times are estimates only and could extend during peak holiday periods.

Ground Shipping

Opt for reliable UPS Ground, where estimated transit times (in business days) are shown on the map below, varying by distance from Detroit, MI.

Production wrapping up on weekends? Your package gets picked up by UPS the following Monday, then follows the standard business-day timeline to your door.

For destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, we’ll automatically upgrade to two-day service at the corresponding rate, as ground isn’t available there.

PO Boxes aren’t compatible with ground shipping—please provide a street address.

Two-Day Delivery

Select two-day for prompt arrival within two business days post-production. Shipments go out Monday through Friday; weekend completions mean Monday pickup and Wednesday delivery.

No PO Box deliveries for this method.

Pro tip: If your location falls within a two-day UPS Ground zone, we’ll route via ground for efficiency—check the UPS Ground zone map to confirm.

Overnight Shipping

Need it fast? Overnight guarantees next-business-day delivery once production wraps. Available Monday–Friday; weekend orders ship out Monday for Tuesday arrival.

Street addresses only—no PO Boxes accepted.

International Shipping

Going global? Expect 1–4 weeks for delivery, influenced by your distance from Detroit and the receiving country’s customs processes. We’ll handle the details to get your order there smoothly.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company, namely CustomCat.com with its main facility located in Detroit, Michigan.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

Not domestically from within the United States.

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your
purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us by using our Contact Form or email us at shop@theaegisalliance.com with your order number.

Orders

How are your products made?

We work with a print-on-demand supplier and manufacturer, namely CustomCat.com. They’re located in Detroit, Michigan, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed in that facility and shipping times depend on where you’re located.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at shop@theaegisalliance.com.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at shop@theaegisalliance.com within a weeks’ time with photos of the
damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Returns

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, such as defects, please let
us know by contacting us on our Contact Us page using the form or by emailing us at shop@theaegisalliance.com.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only ordered to customers that receive wrong, damaged, or defective items. If any of
these apply, please use our contact us form or email shop@theaegisalliance.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. No refunds for product designs damaged by incorrect washing and drying.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would be better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let use our Contact Form or email shop@theaegisalliance.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

“Buyer’s Remorse”

: We don’t offer refunds for buyer’s remorse (e.g., incorrect size, wrong item, wrong washing and care, or simply not wanting the item).
